When you use the calculator
Your price, income, debt, and other calculator inputs are used in your browser to calculate estimates. The calculator does not send them to us, store them in a database, or save them in browser storage. Refreshing the page resets the example. We do not ask you to create an account.
When you contact us
The contact form collects the name you choose to provide, your email address, and your message. Netlify Forms processes and stores submissions for the site operator and provides spam filtering. We use the information to review feedback, answer inquiries, address corrections, and handle privacy requests—not to sign you up for marketing.
Do not send sensitive financial information or identity documents. We do not request them. Messages are retained for responding to and managing the inquiry unless deletion is requested or retention is needed for a legal or security reason. We do not promise a fixed deletion schedule.
Hosting and outside services
Netlify hosts the site and may process request information such as IP addresses, browser details, and technical logs to deliver and secure it. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and some photos load from Unsplash; your browser makes requests to those services, which can receive your IP address and request information. Their own privacy policies apply.
We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or browser storage for tracking. Hosting and anti-spam providers may process technical information under their own policies. Links to housing agencies, lenders’ program information, and other websites take you to services we do not control.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the contact form to ask what information was submitted about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question. We may need to confirm that a request concerns your own information. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and circumstances.
We update the date on this page when its explanation changes.
